OUAT Frankenstein family questions…
Am I the only one who is bugged by the fact the Frankenstein family is Genevese but the father and Gerhard have American accents?
Not only that, but Victor sounds British in his land and in the Enchanted Forest but loses his accent for some reason in Storybrooke, and Gerhard’s belt buckle (visible the close up after getting shot) bears an uncanny resemblance to the US Seal.
So…are they Swissmerican? Is Victor adopted*? Are those three countries combined somehow in this realm? Am I just being unreasonable in my nitpicking?
Anyone have any answers?
* Making him adopted from an English family could make him related to some H.G. Wells character, but that’s for another time
